Thierry brings over 20 years of sustainable initiatives and capital mobilization towards impact infrastructures. He is the founder of the Amazônia Fund Alliance Program, in partnership with UNESCO Brazil, where he mobilizesorganizations and private capital to support environmental and tech solutions globally. He also created Entertainment Pact to reduce energy use in the entertainment industry and data centers, and launched Hubxygen, a green tech magazine. Leveraging his extensive global network and his electro-mechanic engineering background, he collaborates withsustainable finance forums on impact investments.

Jeffrey Scott Snyder, Chief Technology Officer & Pyrolysis Expert
Jeff brings over 25 years of experience in pyrolysis, gasification, and water infrastructure, with expertise in system engineering, project development, environmental compliance, and contract negotiations. Since 2008, he has raised over $150 million in project equity, advised private equity firms, and lectured globally on thermal conversion. He helped design and operate several gasifier systems, including a project in Sanford, FL, converting biosolids into energy.
Jeff also secured a key USEPA ruling that classified sewage sludge gasification as non-incineration. As Chief Commercial Officer at Heartland Water Technology, he led sales, development, permitting, and financing.
A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, he was selected for the F-117A Stealth Fighter’s operational development.

Michele is a finance professional turned entrepreneur with deep expertise in sustainable finance and impact investing. He began his career as a product specialist within the investment team of a leading Swiss independent asset manager, training sales and distributing a fixed-income multi-fund strategy exceeding $10 billion in AUM and specializing in subordinated debt instruments. Building on this foundation, Michele transitioned into the green economy, founding ventures at the intersection of finance and sustainability.

Zakariya brings a strong background in private equity, corporate finance, and investment funds’ legal frameworks. He began his career in the Leverage Finance department of Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, a leading New York corporate law firm, where he advised investment banks, private equity sponsors, and private credit funds on high-profile transactions, including complex LBOs and cross-border M&A deals.
Building on this foundation, Zakariya joined Ardian, where he actively contributed to their distribution strategy across various geographies, portfolio development, and fundraising efforts spanning Private Equity, Reals Assets, and Credit.

Bernard R. Brown is a clean-energy executive and transformational leader with over two decades of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, and environmental management. As Chief Operating Officer of Empire Diversified Energy, he oversees project development, engineering, permitting, and financial operations across the company’s waste-to-energy, hydrogen, logistics, and infrastructure divisions.
He has led the execution of major initiatives including a $50 million plastic-to-fuel pyrolysis facility and a $100 million DOE-supported RNG-to-hydrogen project in West Virginia, while also advancing behind-the-grid utilities and short-line rail development to strengthen regional energy resilience.
He holds master’s degrees in Energy Engineering (Texas A&M), Natural Resource Management (Virginia Tech), and Public Administration (Clemson), as well as a B.S. in Urban Planning and Sustainability from Arizona State University.

Wilfrid Pineau is an agronomist and sustainable development expert with more than 25 years of international experience in agroforestry, biochar, and regenerative land management. He has led and advised on projects in over 25 countries across Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean, supporting the transition toward climate-resilient and carbon-neutral agricultural systems.
Wilfrid has collaborated with a wide range of organizations, including blue-chip companies like TotalEnergies, Eco-Carbone, Pro-Natura UK, Green Energy International, Fondation Leventis, Akuo, NetZero, Pyxus International, and Forest Neutral Congo, providing technical and strategic expertise in carbon sequestration, agroecology, and sustainable biomass value chains. As Founding Director of Pro-Natura International Ghana and former Project Director at Pro-Natura International, he managed multidisciplinary teams in partnership with UNESCO, Cartier, Nespresso, Firmenich, Sodexo, and the Leventis Foundation, advancing programs in reforestation, food security, and community development.
Wilfrid holds a Master’s degree in Agro-Silvo-Pastoral Systems Management in Tropical Zones from the University of Paris XII, with further specializations from CNEARC Montpellier and ISTOM. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, he combines scientific expertise with practical field experience to deliver innovative, sustainable agricultural solutions.

Tommi is a carbon finance and project development veteran with over 16 years of experience in scaling climate infrastructure and EAC markets.
A former Group Managing Director and Vice President at ALLCOT Group, he was a key driver in taking the company from a startup into a market leader with over 150 staff across multiple regions.
A background in project origination and Investment Committee-level evaluations gives him unique insight into aligning impact with institutional investment criteria.
